What do I need?

A Mac or Windows computer and a Claude account on the Pro plan or higher, which you buy from Anthropic. The daily routines run as scheduled tasks, and those need a paid plan.

I've never used Claude. Can I still do this?

Yes. Every download comes with a one-page Start Here sheet that walks you through every click. Then the bot interviews you; you just answer its questions.

Will it send things in my name?

Only if you say so. In the interview you choose: routine items go out on their own, or every draft comes to you first. It never pays, buys, deletes or signs anything.

Does it need my passwords?

No. It never asks for a password. It works through the connections you set up in Claude.

Does it answer the phone?

No. If the seat is phone-heavy, pair it with an AI answering service like Rosie, or Smith.ai for law firms. The bot covers everything behind the desk.

Do I have to let anyone go?
